JNE Partners LLP is a FCA registered investment manager based in London.  The firm is a spin out from MSD Partners LP, the investment firm formed by the partners of MSD Capital, LP, which exclusively manages the assets of Michael S. Dell and his family. 

JNE employs a fundamental, value-based philosophy with a long term horizon.  Our core principle is to buy securities at substantial discounts to intrinsic value.  We target investments in equity and debt securities in both public and private markets across a range of geographies, with a focus on Europe.  The portfolio is typically concentrated, unlevered and long biased. 

We believe our approach will preserve capital and outperform the market over a series of cycles.
